Project source paint shoots out big globs of. paint and cost me 4 extra hours of work.absolutely horrible

To whom it may concern,

I am inquiring about the Project Source bathroom vanity with sink 30 inch (in light gray). The cabinet comes assembled, but the door is not lined up, glue gunk on the side of the top of the cabinet, and also the bottom shelf doesn't have a white lining as the plywood shows.

It's already in our bathroom as our contractor put it in (did not glue the sink on top).

So I'm wondering why there is gunk on the cabinet itself.

You guys make it very hard to resolve this problem.

The light doesnt work properly and still under the warranty and I dont understand why dont you just send me another one, can send this one back.

I spent a lot of time on the phone and they didnt resolve my problem,Im wondering if I ever should buy this brand again!!

I am looking to replace my cabinet door that crack and lead me to have to remove it ..the cabinet was the unfinished already assembled cabinet i want to know if i can get a door without haveing to buy a whole cabinet

I had a bad feeling when I saw the name was pissedconsumer like they are proud of irritating people. Then placed on hold indefinitely...a good change would probably be to answer the phone.

I asked to get some kind of refund, any kind, due to a faulty part in the toilet, only for my husband to have to go out and buy a replacement part out of pocket. I will be reporting them, as they did not care to help us in any way, shape, or form.

Do not buy their products. They are horrible.

Purchased metal peg boards for our laundry room. They were not squared, holes didn't line up, they did not fit into one another evenly, what genius decided to put that label on the front of the item?

It doesn't come off with out scratching the produt,the shine came off..horrible.

Also no instructions. VERY UNHAPPY..WANTED TO USE THIS ITEM ELSEWHERE IN MY HOME BUT NOT GOING TOO!

Hello I purchased a project source toliet 4 days ago form lowes. I installed it and it's not wanting to flush number 2's.

Lowes doesn't want to refund it because it's been installed.

Can I please get a refund from project source? It's 4 days old and a piece of junk.

ED On my credit card for a chandler I did NOT ORDER i ordered my replacement number at Lowes

Never got parts service after repeatedly trying and calling. Could not understand rep, etc etc

Never transferred to store, never got through.

Two pieces are missing. I cannot get them sent to me because I need to tell them the number of each piece, which is on the manual that I accidentally threw away.

I do not have a receipt because it was a gift, and unfortunately, the person who bought it passed away.

I am here with a half-built five-shelf unit. I am so upset because this is the last thing she gifted to me, and it was going to be a reminder of her.

Ive installed dozens of toilets in my day and had my first experience installing 2 project source toilets this weekend. The first toilet came without a handle so I had to buy another handle, the next day I installed another project source and the tank to bowl seal didnt work so I had to uninstall it and return it to the store unless there was absolutely no other option I would not recommend buying Project source you can get an American Standard for similar price or only slightly more and in my experience American Standard rarely if ever has any issues like this.

I buy toilet from rona + on jan 21 2025 so I installed toilet on jan 23th 2025 after installed toilet does not flash good so I went to rona+ they didn't help me out so they said talk project source
