Horrible, they are basically reading from the manual. They don’t understand the products to give help. And they just don’t listen to the issue.

Original review Jan 21, 2026

Labels either need to be stuck to back, sold in packs wrapped in plastic and label stuck to that or stamped on the back. Anything but the front.

Takes to long to remove and still have sticky fronts when removed. Installers dont get paid enough to remove. PLEASE STOP.

I LOOSE $ EVERY TIME PROJECT MANAGER HAS TO USE THIS STUFF. Its made *** already that doesnt help any.

Loss:

Pros:
  • Convenient cause it matches flooring
Cons:
  • Time and money loss taking off labels vinyl wrap does not stay stuck

Preferred solution: I just want the product to not have the label stuck on the front of it put it on the back, stamp it on the back anything but the front.

User's recommendation: DON’T BUY IF PURCHASING LABELS ARE ON FRONT OF PRODUCT

Purchased the toilet seat. Once out of packaging, found a defect. Lowes won’t take it back or do an exchange because it’s out of the package

AI Highlights
  • - The seat had a deep gouge visible after removing the shrink wrap.
  • - The return was denied because the item had been opened despite being in a Lowe's box.
Project Source - Purchased the toilet seat. Once out of packaging, found a defect. Lowes...

You couldn't tell it was defective because it was in a box and then wrapped in shrink wrap plastic. It wasn't until the plastic came off that you could see the nick in the seat, a deep gouge. Even though it was in a Lowe's box, because it was opened, they won't take it back.

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Do not buy

To whom it may concern,

I am inquiring about the Project Source bathroom vanity with sink 30 inch (in light gray). The cabinet comes assembled, but the door is not lined up, glue gunk on the side of the top of the cabinet, and also the bottom shelf doesn't have a white lining as the plywood shows.

It's already in our bathroom as our contractor put it in (did not glue the sink on top).

So I'm wondering why there is gunk on the cabinet itself.

Please see attached pictures.

Project Source garbage disposal #90 missing part number K in brand new box I opened.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Title describes it, missing the part that goes between the top of the flange and the bottom. It looks like a bunch of squares going in a circle.

My son and I could not figure it out and then realized the part was missing. The two bags had the parts and were sealed and it looks like someone forgot to put it in the box. This was a brand new garbage disposal from Project Source numbered 90. Taking it back to Lowes in Southaven, MS where I purchased it.

If you purchase one, make sure you go over all your parts and that they are there. Hope this helps.

User's recommendation: Get the manual and make sure you have all your parts.
